★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對於看牙醫這件事情真的很恐懼，看了在地人社團推薦後來到這裡，因為比較緊急的補牙需求，感謝遇到了賴醫生，非常專業又非常親切有耐心，給予很多解說，看診中間也都不斷安撫病患心情，真的很棒! 不論是櫃檯的診間的護士，也都很專業和和善，櫃台有一位護士更是提供很實在的建議給予病患選擇 :)
 I was really scared about going to the dentist. I came here after seeing the local community recommendation because of the urgent need for fillings. Thank you for meeting Dr. Lai. He is very professional and very kind and patient. He gave a lot of explanations during the consultation. I also keep calming the patients, which is really great! No matter the nurses in the office at the counter, they are also very professional and kind, and there is a nurse at the counter who provides very practical advice for patients to choose :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前看的那間醫生都沒有檢查出蛀牙，明顯到我已經跟醫生說不對勁了還沒發現。到宏儒一照X光，醫生就判斷有蛀牙儘速處置了，雖然因為拖太久只能抽神經了。
提出許多疑問，賴醫生也細心說明。也因為麻藥的關係，不用被神經抽痛折磨。

As soon as Hongru took an X-ray, the doctor judged that there was tooth decay and dealt with it as soon as possible, although it was only nerve-wracking because it was delayed for too long.
Asked many questions, Dr. Lai also explained carefully. Also because of the anesthetic, there is no need to be tortured by nerve throbbing.

下午臨時想帶小朋友看診，撥電話給服務人員想預約僅告知自己來現場，毋需預約。
晚上準時帶著小朋友來掛號，等了又等再次詢問得到的答案是不確定何時輪的到你（前面有多少人有那麼難數嗎？），如此不確定，那何不下午電話中講清楚？
Personal experience: full marks for doctors and zero marks for counter service.
In the afternoon, if you want to take a child to see a doctor temporarily, you can call the service staff and want to make an appointment, just tell yourself to come to the scene, no appointment is required.
I brought my children to register on time at night. After waiting and waiting again, the answer I got is that I am not sure when it will be your turn (how many people are in front of you?), so uncertain, why not make it clear on the phone in the afternoon?
