★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 您好，我於前一週已在線上做好良民證申請，並經過查詢已完成可以取件，昨日(3/22)16:58到現場領取，承辦人說「今天服務已結束，系統已經關了」，不讓我領取，是系統關了還是她電腦關了準備好五點準時下班？分局位置較為偏遠，我冒著下雨天在服務時間內到達，承辦人卻為了準時下班眼睜睜讓民眾白跑一趟，工作態度好差，且我當天就要離開淡水了，更換領取地又必須重新申請一次，因承辦員的自私，浪費民眾的時間也浪費系統審核的人力資源。懇請長官加強行政人員的服務心態教育訓練。
