★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我買非真空包裝版本，我個人覺得吃起來不合個人口味，第一鐵蛋比外面麵攤賣的滷蛋還不鹹，幾乎沒什麼鹹味。第二沒有什麼鐵蛋的口感，吃起來像是只比滷蛋稍微硬一點的蛋。第三香味是有，但很像是某種中藥香料比例超級多的那種香味。
I bought the non-vacuum packaged version. I personally think it is not to my taste. The first iron egg is not salty than the braised egg sold at the noodle stall outside, and it has almost no saltiness. Second, there is no iron egg taste, it tastes like an egg that is only slightly harder than a brine egg. The third scent is there, but it is very similar to the scent of a certain Chinese medicine with a super high proportion of spices.
