It's menu not only includes conventional Taiwanese food but also famous dishes of the Chinese culture. It is the right place for visitors to really get to taste the indigenous food and culture.
However language may be problem, so make sure you download the Google Translator to help you automatically translate the menu for you. While some names of the dishes may sound complicated, they often provides literally of how and what the dishes are made of.
