★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 占地廣闊，公設完備，因為不是自己入住(前往訪友)，所以某些細節無法親自體驗，但是以一個訪客的角度而言，這裡的整體規劃還算不錯，不過陽台和隔户的距離真的太近，感覺伸手就可以拿到隔壁正在晾曬的衣物，對於隱私恐有些疑慮，還有這個地點雖然有輕軌捷運站，不過感覺還是有點偏遠，而且對外的聯絡道路(通往台北市區)似乎只有一條，可能每每進出市區都要面對塞車的痛苦吧？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隔音真的差到不行，白天樓上小朋友跳，媽媽叫小孩尿尿，爸爸打噴嚏咳嗽都聽的到，誇張的是電燈開關聲一清二楚，凌晨隔壁電視音樂開到最大聲、笑聲魔音傳腦根本沒辦法睡。就算景觀再美也沒用，住起來非常不順，光吵雜聲就可以讓人整天心情爆差，只想趕快等租約到期換地方
看了很多給一顆星的評論，都是真的，但管理中心的秘書值得讚許，服務態度好

The noise can make people feel bad all day long. I just want to change the place as soon as the lease expires.
I have read a lot of reviews that give one star, all of which are true, but the secretary of the management center is commendable and has a good service attitude
