今天一如既往用Line點餐，開著車準備要去取餐，才知道「清水祖師爺遶境」淡水市區交通管制，之前15分鐘可到的車程，繞了一個小時怎麼樣也只能在外圍就被交管攔下來，曾試著想要用外送平台送；也打了電話跟老闆求助，最後打算棄單過幾日再去付錢，還好熱心的老闆最後請朋友幫忙，送到家中給我們，好評這麼多不是沒有原因的～推?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸功了得，個人覺得在淡水是數一數二的鹽酥雞店，除了乾爽夠脆之外，食材也不會因炸太乾而硬掉，有脫油機，整體吃起來不油膩。
品項蠻多的，雞皮份量較少，銀絲卷口味和一般不太一樣，值得推薦的好店。

There are quite a lot of items, the amount of chicken skin is small, and the taste of silver rolls is not the same as usual. It is a good shop that is worth recommending.
