★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺很差，在地建商目前還在賣去看房基本四房都還在，三房的格局還好但是陽台完全沒有風沒有太陽，重點是售樓的小姐嘴很...講話超誇張，超難聽，愛拿別人社區做比較講了人家有點她聽不下去就開始起肖，說買台北灣的跟她們高級社區比起來就是買那裡的人智商低水準差...
