 Please specify the commissioner Mr. Chen Ohong or Ms. Lu Yu0. The service attitude exceeds their default 5 points! Although there are some oolong things in the process of dealing with the business, the handling ability is so good that people feel that they are not sloppy ~ like! I also have the patience to answer the questions (I am very satisfied with this consumption experience) Come on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去辦理中華電信app贈送的悠遊卡點數.沒想到機器當機就算了.網路還連線不到.我真的傻眼欸.你們不是中華電信嗎？不是提倡網路多好嗎？一間店那麼大只有一台刷卡機.你們沒錢買設備嗎？一台是能貴道哪裡去？在那裡等你們搞機器要搞多久.到最後跟我們說點數被系統吃掉？要回報總公司才能還我們？那你們中華電信的系統工程師是該換一批了吧？
如果我再機車一點我就會要你們到場把點數吐出來還我.還有態度好一點
Go to the Chunghwa Telecom app to apply for the free travel card points. I didn't expect the machine to crash. The network is still unable to connect. I am really dumbfounded. Are you not Chunghwa Telecom? Isn’t it better to promote the Internet? A shop as big as only one credit card machine. Don’t you have the money to buy the equipment? Where can one go? How long will it take to wait for you to build a machine there. In the end, tell us that the points are eaten by the system? Have to return to the head office to return us? So should your Chunghwa Telecom system engineers change a batch?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務小姐真是太棒了，貼心有禮又服務周到，十分感激。不過有位服務的先生，真是雞同鴨講，令人很想發脾氣。網路訊號很糟，因此終止使用。
The service lady is really great, caring and courteous and attentive, thank you very much. However, there is a gentleman who is really talking about chickens and ducks, which makes people want to lose their temper. The network signal is very poor, so discontinued.
