 I called to ask if there are any diapers in stock. I kept hitting the wall and said that the brand did not produce XL for this style. I didn't even figure out the DM of my own. The attitude was very bad. Not having the stock and the manufacturer not showing the size are two different things. Can I strengthen education and training? ? Another branch can clearly inform that there is no stock on site...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度非常差，民眾就是不清楚產品差異，才來進一步訊問，藥師愛理不理，說都一樣，我想這種店只能列為拒絕往來户了。
The attitude is very poor. The people are not aware of the product differences before they come for further questioning. The pharmacist ignores it and says it is the same. I think this kind of store can only be classified as a refusal.

胖店員跟胖藥師態度都非常差
我沒有歧視胖子 只是剛好兩個都很胖
問我姓名電話 說沒有會員 我提供的名子都在別間店這間
沒有問我字是哪個字就可以知道我是誰了喔

一堆人買完直接插隊 也不提醒客人直接給他們插

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this store for allergy medicine weekly and I’ve always had a great experience. There are always more than 3 staff, and several customers inside. I’ve always been helped immediately when I walk up to the counter. The staff has always been so helpful and kind and some even speak enough English to help if I can’t find the right word in Chinese. I highly recommend this store in either location in Danshui- I’ve been a regular customer at both for the past year.
