屋齡二十多年舊屋，看似全新實質漏水嚴重。
The original construction company in this community closed down due to financial problems and has been abandoned for many years. As far as I know, the government brought in a construction company to take over, and it took more than half a year to build and sell it again.
The house is more than 20 years old, but it looks brand new and has serious water leakage.
