★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丰悅夏宮的保全人員感覺還蠻混的。這個社區的後院中庭，面向新興街那一側的車道那邊，有兩個哨亭，每次都看到值班的保全在那裏閒閒無事收看電視或是收聽廣播之類的，感覺他們工作態度不是很認真。
 The security staff of the Fengyue Summer Palace feels quite mixed. The backyard atrium of this community, facing the driveway on the side of Xinxing Street, has two sentinels, and every time I see the duty guards there, I have nothing to watch TV or listen to the radio, I feel they work. The attitude is not very serious.

有中庭可供活動，但大部分公設不能使用；
牆壁隔音好，但樓地板隔音很差，
管理中心平均一天會有3通以上的抗議電話，
有孩子的人若想入住要三思。
The overall environment is good and the life function is strong,
There is an atrium for activities, but most of the public facilities cannot be used;
The walls have good sound insulation, but the floor floor has poor sound insulation.
On average, the management center has more than 3 protest calls a day.
People with children should think twice if they want to move in.

The location is good, there's like 2 bus stops, 2 families and 1 7-11 nearby
