蛋餅餅皮脆 吃得出來蛋香跟麵皮香
鹹豆漿比例很好不會太燙 順口
鍋貼內餡飽滿 餡料調味也不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男店員煎蛋餅.蛋是熟了.餅冷冷的！餅皮是之前做好的.做蛋餅時直接鋪上去也不反過來煎熱！豆漿不夠濃做出來的鹹豆漿結不了塊！
The male clerk made an omelet. The egg is cooked. The cake is cold! The pie crust is made before. When making the omelette, it is directly spread on it and not fried in reverse! If the soy milk is not thick enough, the salty soy milk made will not clump!

第一次喝鹹豆漿，是我滿喜歡的味道，鹹香的滋味，好難形容，入口之後有種味噌湯的餘韻耶，而且送上來是真的滿熱的，這點超棒！
然後店員很親切，外面小冷，一直跟我們說進去坐著慢慢填單就好了。

偷喝友人一口的甜豆漿也滿好喝的。
用餐的桌面有點黏，環境不能太苛求。
Salty Soy Milk ($30)
The first time I drank salty soy milk, it was my favorite taste. The salty and fragrant taste was indescribable. There was a miso soup aftertaste after I entered it, and it was really hot when it was served, which is great!
Then the clerk was very kind, it was cold outside, and kept telling us to go in and sit down and fill the order slowly.

It's also delicious to take a sip of a friend's sweet soy milk.
The tabletop for dining is a bit sticky, and the environment should not be too demanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come here when I am out riding late at night. They are the best place in Dansui if you want hot food from midnight to sunrise. Nothing fancy, but they cover the basics, which is to make sure everything is fresh and hot.
