興建於日治時期昭和年間，原有4棟，木造黑瓦建築群緊鄰美麗風光淡水河，原為當時的官員宿舍。戰後所有權人台灣銀行。
留與不留皆為歷史命運，有機會被留下是好事，想到台灣原住民傳統文化被摧毀有誰來可惜，使否用相同態度來憐惜所有民族文化?
