★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the most expensive chirashi bowl (散壽司）and it had several fatty toro, abalone, sweet shrimp, uni (sea urchin) and everything came together perfectly! I'm not sure if it is worth the $50 USD but it was definitely very tasty. I also ordered a sea urchin with mashed japanese yam which was very good too. Ingredients are very fresh and I overheard the chef talking about cooking and fish quality and it seems to me that the chef is very knowledgeable about food quality and Japanese food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refined and understated. Fresh ingredients superbly prepared to bring out the character of each. They will accommodate your special request as long as they have the ingredient on hand. The salad is magical - simple, fresh, common vegetables (sometimes fruits) artfully assembled with just the right dressing. If all salads can be half as good I would have no problem achieving my recommended daily intake and then some. The California Roll is a must-have. Look past the generic name. There's nothing Californian about it and unlike any California Roll I've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best sushi I’ve had since coming to Taiwan. Definitely would recommend over and over again.
Even if you’re not into sushi, they’ve got you covered: delicious grilled steak, lobster soup, steamed crab legs. Yum!
I’m going there again next week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice comfortable decor, good service! Serving sashimi, sushi and set menu! Ordered a chirashi and a set. Sashimi quality average, grilled fish was really good, fried tempura a bit above average. Overall, ok CP!
