禮拜四遇到服務很好、12號櫃檯潔妹妹很有耐心講解,辦理除戶其實心情很低落但經過妹妹的服務讓我心情有比較好、又很有耐心回答我的問題,事情當下身分證原本要被收走很難過,妹妹看我很難過,跟我說如果想做紀念沒關係可以保留,看起來像新人但服務觀念卻很好,謝謝妹妹啊!

今天早上去重辦證件從一走進去的警衛再到我找不到戶政事務所的時候警衛主動關心再到服務我換證件的一個女生尾字是跟我一樣的潔很開心大家都好友善?再到拿證件綠色那區的也是一樣讓我遲到的很愉悅?(我10:00要上班但我拿到證件已經10:03了哈哈哈)

第一次見識原來戶政中午會熄燈休息,整排櫃檯剩3個人處理業務,後面熄燈,留現場一大片民眾在排隊等候,明明中午是民眾洽公高峰期,為何不能像銀行一樣輪流休息以便民? 經詢問,第一梯休息時間11:30-12:30,第二梯休息時間12:30-13:30;結果現場16個櫃檯12點開始只剩3人,直到13點才陸續有人回來,蹺班蹺的不會太嚴重嗎?

最近時常跑這裡處理戶籍問題,其實公家機關本身我不期待他們的態度能多好,畢竟不是外面那種餐廳遇到客人不高興就客訴等等的 但意外的是這裡的服務人員態度都很不錯(警衛也很客氣),另外中午時段公家機關蠻多都是休息不開放,但是這裡還是有留守的人員協助處理我的問題,真的是不錯~

帶寶寶去辦理護照事務 安排了一個新人服務,但是新人什麼都不知道都需要去詢問其他人 新人少蓋章又重新印重新要簽名,最後一次簽名的時候還搞錯印錯的那份文件跟後來更正的文件,整個等超久 所以辦理業務將近一小時,寶寶因為等待時間太久爆哭難以控制了還要慢慢等新人處理,卻沒有其他資深的服務人員直接來幫忙快速辦理 一邊忙著安撫寶寶然後等待沒有效率的辦事讓我這趟辦事很心累 如果特別帶小孩的民眾去辦理事務,希望不要讓不熟悉的服務人員來辦理讓民眾花很多時間在等待....

這裡的十樓看下去感覺很棒,身在公務單位的小確幸。戶政所還有讀報區、拍照區、親子讀書區,好有愛市民哦!
