★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new plaza open on July 2019. I watched Jumanji: the next level. It's a pure entertainment movie. Just for a fun. The new movie theater is great. Screen and sound effects are all top notch. I give this place a thumb up especially it's by the side of quieter and beautiful tamsui river than the popular old street area. There are several restaurants and coffee place in the plaza. You can sightseeing, feel the sea breeze (near the river mouth to Pacific ocean), walk the river side then pick one movie to enjoy the film and finish up with a nice dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful building with a very nice Louisa coffee shop. For the rest, it appears large empty. It is also an excellent example of how governments allow large concrete projects to be plumped down in places they do not belong. The site of this hotel was actually part of a rather beautiful park that had magnificent views on the river. Now the remainder of green has views on plain white walls, which will probably turn black and mouldy in a couple of years when the outfit that runs this place will decide it not necessary to maintain the outer walls, which their trickle of clients cannot see from their hotel room anyway. You cannot help but wondering how projects like this keep getting approved.

Some different shops which does not fit together, unfriendly and unmotivated staff.
And NO ART.
No need to go, it’s a waste of time!

Good views, a variety of restaurants, and a movie theater. There are a lot of tourist spots near here.
