就像買Apple產品一樣的體驗，一分錢一分貨，而且有問題老闆也都會幫忙解答，甚至判斷不需要多花錢去買的設備他也會以專業的角度明說為何不建議購買，價格也是公開透明的，不會去拗客人，最重要的是還會幫忙把新組的電腦搬上車。 最後我相信也只有體驗很好的客人才會拿蘋果來比喻體驗感受的。

電腦死機，帶來給老闆看檔案還有沒有救，也順便重組一台桌機。老闆很細心地跟我說明組件規格的差異，價格也很公正，救回來的檔案也直接幫我放到新電腦裡，售後服務絕佳，讚！

老闆的服務態度非常親切 知道本人裝電腦的費用有限的關係 盡可能幫忙找些符合需求且價格合適的零件組裝 裝好之後有問題又回來找老闆也很貼心的解決問題 值得推薦的好老闆！

老闆很仔細檢查我的筆電螢幕故障的原因，也詢問了除了螢幕還有哪邊怪怪的，我告訴他電池好像不太給力了，送原廠修理後，老闆也詳細解釋，是主機板壞了導致螢幕怪怪的，而電池沒換是因為過了保固期大約半年，其實還能用，換了到時候會不會沒多久因為其他毛病要換新的時，電池還很新就有一點浪費了，不會像其他家，你說哪裡有問題就都換新的，也不會確認到底問題的根源在哪，下次要換新的電腦或是要修電腦一定找老闆，讚?????

老闆非常熱情，同時也非常好聊天！！仔細的分析每家廠家的優弱、妥善率在哪，也不需要擔心自己對於電腦硬件不夠了解，只要跟老闆說你的需求及預算，老闆就會配出一台適合你的機型，非常無敵推薦大家來這間店！！

Very good service and highly recommended

I think I got the apprentice, not the master. Flat out refused service even after he told me it was expensive and I said I'd pay. It's a strange business model to not want to do an expensive repair. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Went to another place and got it sorted with no fuss at half the cost. To the respondant: You're going to add nationality into this? Nationality has nothing to do with your unprofessional attitude and behavior. Another strike against you. I also did my best to explain in Chinese, as a gesture of good will and a desire to help you understand the issue, and you reply with ungracious lip. Again, this is not a 1-star review, this is a 0-star review. If you can't handle the problems that come with a repair than you shouldn't run a repair shop. If you can't handle your own workload than, again, you shouldn't be operating a shop. All of your complaints demonstrate your unprofessionalism. I found another shop nearby that fixed it and it's working fine, now. So if they can do it and you cannot or will not: again, that is your unprofessionalism. A repair shop that won't make repairs is not really a repair shop and should not advertise as one.
