★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個社區老舊，很多東西制度頑古不化，保全人員很親切，但是明明就能讓社區居民及保全能夠更加簡單的一些基本社區能夠享有的就因為“老人”太多？去管理中心辦個住戶入住資料，不是跟秘書登記嗎？為何會有所謂的“所有權人”才會有的資料登記？承租戶就不是社區的人？就不能享有該社區的福利？甚至於有人在管理中心以自己是“所有權人+管委會”的（是我有眼不是泰山）重量級人物在現場指揮命令！我才知道原來這個社區絕大部分的規約是現場大咖說了算的！
 This community is old, many things are stubborn and the system is stubborn, and the security personnel are very kind, but it is because there are too many "elders" in basic communities that can make community residents and security easier? Go to the management center to get the occupant's check-in information, don't you register with the secretary? Why is there a registration of information that the so-called "owner of ownership" has? Tenants are not people in the community? Can't enjoy the benefits of the community? Even someone in the management center assumes that he is the "owner + management committee" (I have the eyes, not Taishan) heavyweights command and order on the spot! Only then did I know that most of the protocols in this community are in the hands of the big guys at the scene!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 淡水捷運站或紅樹林捷運站有社區巴士直達很方便。社區安靜有網球場、有些海景房景觀很美可以看到夕陽！
It is very convenient to have a direct community bus from Tamsui MRT Station or Mangrove MRT Station. The community is quiet, there are tennis courts, and some sea view rooms have beautiful views and you can see the sunset!
