蒸餃內餡的高麗菜咬起來卡茲卡茲 很像台中家人自己包的梨山高麗菜水餃 很爽脆 感覺也有加薑末去腥提味
如果豬絞肉可以換豆包碎變成素水餃應該也不錯 三芝地區素食選擇很少
若夏天太熱胃口不好推薦加辣 豆瓣口味的辣椒醬香香甜甜的不辣 很開胃

The cabbage stuffed in the steamed dumplings bites into Kazkaz. It looks like the Lishan cabbage dumplings made by the family in Taichung. It is crispy and it feels like adding ginger to remove the fishy taste.
If the ground pork can be replaced with minced bean buns into vegetarian dumplings, it should be good. There are few vegetarian options in Sanzhi area.
If the summer is too hot and you have a bad appetite, it is recommended to add spicy. The bean-flavored chili sauce is sweet and not spicy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前只有一種蒸餃（高麗菜），今天太晚來了只剩下15個玉米蒸餃，酸辣湯一樣料多，老闆娘跟我記憶中的一樣漂亮沒有變，以前一個禮拜至少三天都要排隊來買帶去教室吃
In the past, there was only one steamed dumpling (Korean dish). Today is too late to have only 15 steamed dumplings. The hot and sour soup is much more. The boss is as beautiful as I remembered. I have to line up at least three days in a week. Come buy and bring to the classroom to eat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20190421三芝輕鬆遊，發現一家"葉家炊餃"，很特別，大部份都稱水餃，是水滾下水餃煮熟，另蒸餃是水餃放入蒸籠以水氣蒸熟；其實本店是屬於後者，今天品嚐兩種內餡一為高麗菜，另一為韭 菜，尚有一種十分搶手至玉米己告罄；高麗菜十分爽口很好，韭 菜味道、口感很道到味，酸辣湯份量足，本店最大特色是老板娘很親切，對客人招呼十分熱絡，有空到三芝可以去本店體驗美食，享受熱親服務。
20190421 Sanzhi took a leisurely tour and found a "Ye Family Cooked Dumpling". It is very special. Most of them are called dumplings. They are cooked by rolling down the dumplings, and steamed dumplings are dumped into a steamer and steamed.
