★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薪水居易站下車或三民街站下車就到了，12層樓建築約500户有很多是小套房，有地下停車場，大門有守衛。1樓有很多餐飲店，自助洗衣店及電腦維修中心，附近有統友生活百貨，學校也在100公尺內，是大型公寓大樓。
Get off at the Salary Juyi Station or get off at Sanmin Street Station. There are about 500 households in the 12-story building, many of them are small suites, there is an underground parking lot, and the gate is guarded. On the first floor, there are many restaurants, self-service laundries and computer repair centers, nearby Tongyou Life Department Store, and the school is also within 100 meters, which is a large apartment building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舊社區本來隔音就不會很優質，但也不影響生活，但管理員大哥們、會計小姐都很盡忠職守，很辛苦。

比較令人困擾的，依舊是鄰居（當然是少數），跨年當天朋友來訪，大家坐著看電視，還沒10點找警察來敲門（警察說反應兩次），某天中庭傳上樓的買菜推車聲打給管理員說我們假日在施工…（？？？）
The sound insulation of the old community would not have been of high quality, but it did not affect life. However, the administrators and the accounting lady were very dedicated and hard-working.

The more disturbing thing is still the neighbors (of course a few), friends visit on New Year’s Day, everyone sits watching TV, and the police knock on the door before 10 o’clock (the police say they respond twice), and one day the atrium spreads upstairs. The sound of the grocery shopping cart called the administrator to say that we are under construction during the holiday... (???)
