清肝茶與以往喝的養肝茶稍有不同，第一口下去以為有加糖，第二口開始回甘；養肝茶藥草味道比較濃，清肝茶比較偏淡淡的青草茶味和一點麥茶的口感
石花凍有種愛玉的感覺，但一喝下去就已經在嘴巴化開，很健康的感覺，我覺得堵塞的血管也化開了? 還不錯啦

蜂蜜甜度剛好，石花凍和山粉圓給的量蠻多
喝一杯大杯非常滿足 也不會像有些店家做的稀稀水水的
下次經過還會再買來喝的！

The sweetness of honey is just right, but Shihua jelly and Shanfenyuan give quite a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北海岸一帶似乎是石花凍的大本營，從福隆、馬崗，一直到石門都有好吃的石花凍。可能是每一處風土與處理手路，各自的石花凍都有自己的風味。
練家的石花凍攤擺出來的就是一股專業氣勢，從現場新鮮可喝可吃的，一路到材料包一應俱全，光是喝的石花凍就有二種口味及三種搭配。
最教人佩服的，是老板親切又細心、一定會提醒客人攤子前方有階梯，還會熱心詢間外帶路途遠近，主動幫忙增加保冷。
天啊! 消暑冰品這好喝，服務又這麼貼心到位，難怪就算天氣再熱，上門客人還是絡繹不絕啊!!
