豬排厚實炸的非常好吃又不油膩，炸衣跟豬排之間不會像是金蟬脫殼一樣分開。
飯和味噌湯都有達到標準，而且可以免費續碗。
鐵板里肌煮香味撲鼻，吸附上蛋液吃很夠味~
用餐環境充滿日本的元素氣氛良好，環境乾淨整潔。
服務生的服務態度也很好，站在很顯眼的地方讓人可以馬上表達自己的訴求。
內用位置雖然比同在新月廣場的"福勝亭"少，但以高檔這方面絕對贏他們一大節。
菜單也有不少可供單點的炸物，價格也不會太貴。
不論是宜蘭的在地人還是外地人，
如果想吃日式炸豬排的話我絕對是大力推薦這間店！

餐點部分以炸物居多，單價中上，但炸物吃起來不會過膩，因此不用擔心吃太多會有油膩感，每道品項份量都不會太多，所以喜歡什麼就多點一些吧；另外小菜、高麗菜絲和飯可以續。
