2017/10/5到10/10參加富邦旅行社的所舉辦的廣西桂林6日遊,以下幾點是我們認為這旅行社服務差的事件: 1.到達飯店與導遊刑長華先生,反應房間有煙味。導遊回應“這是消毒水你們一定聞錯了!”想請問煙味與消毒水差異如此大,是否想要迴避責任,不想幫團員處理問題。 2.常常與當地導遊宣導時間事項,總是不同的調,甚至有一次差點把團員帶錯地方。 3.在香港轉機時,未等候後方成員,導致成員隊伍分散,根本不知道要去哪個閘門登機。 4.導遊還謊稱說有幫團員畫飛機座位,說大家可以放心慢慢掛行李,沒想到跟本沒有幫忙畫機位,甚至有團員只好座靠近逃生口的位子。 5.隨後回國跟台灣旅行社負責人楊小姐反應,楊小姐一再推卸責任,連續將近一個月請她處理問題,過程消極且不負責任。 希望未來大家不要在有人受到如此差勁的待遇了。

10月5號到10月10號參加富邦旅行社所舉辦的廣西桂林6日遊,導遊邢長華先生是全團公認非常不負責任的導遊,從10月10號回國後已向富邦旅行社接洽人員楊小姐申訴了4遍,每次都告知會積極處理,但等了一個禮拜又一個禮拜, 結果完全沒有下文,完全投訴無門的狀態,狀書已備妥準備告到品保協會,並將這次的旅遊經驗、邢長華對團員不公不義之舉與接洽業務員楊小姐之消極推託之處理發佈至PPT、Facebook與各大社群網站,希望未來不要有人再和自己一樣受到如此差勁的對待。
From October 5th to October 10th, I participated in the 6th tour of Guangxi Guilin held by Fubon Travel Agency. The tour guide Xing Changhua is a very irresponsible tour guide recognized by the whole group. After returning to China on October 10th, he has contacted Fubang Travel Agency.
