★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主祀 關聖帝君。 原神像是從宜蘭河裡撿獲後供奉。建於1852年，宜蘭舊城西門一帶居民信仰中心。2017年關聖帝君欽點，指示執事人員打造一面「五獅九龍玉旨」安座在廟內，在信徒認捐50萬委由台南匠師歷時兩個月雕刻而成。玉旨為廟內神明降旨打造而成，從圖樣、字體到完成都受神明指示，希望以此輔佐廟宇，祈求境內風調雨順。
西關廟旁有條水圳，叫西門溝，從前農民從員山載貨乘舟在這裡卸貨進城，回家前會來西關廟上香祈福。
The main sacrifice Guan Shengdijun. The original idol was enshrined after being collected from the Yilan River. Built in 1852, it is the residents' faith center in the west gate of the old city of Yilan. In 2017, Emperor Guan Shengjun hand-picked and instructed the deacon to create a "Five Lions, Kowloon Jade Purpose" seat in the temple, and 500,000 pledges were pledged by believers by Tainan craftsmen for two months. The jade purpose was created for the deities in the temple. From the design, the font to the completion, it was instructed by the gods. I hope to supplement the temple and pray for good weather in the country.
There is a water town next to the Xiguan Temple, called Ximengou. In the past, farmers from Yuanshan carried goods and unloaded here to enter the city. They would come to Xiguan Temple to pray for blessings before returning home.
