我當初打電話問門市 能不能寄保健食品到澳門 她說可以 沒有含藥物成份都可以 現在貨卡在澳門進不去之外 已經超過十天 還要收件人去當地衛生局 拿保健食品正本做內容物審核 由於寄不出去 我想說要退回來台灣 結果還要填關稅單有的沒的 該填也填了 要我付關稅費用500塊 還不包含運費 運費我可以當接受 但是關稅費用跟這些消耗如此長的時間 前後風險卻沒告知我 門市卻又告訴我 (這個本來就會有風險!!!! 不是每個貨都要告訴每個人!!!) 哈囉這不就是你們的工作嗎~~ 我從頭到尾都說要退回我的貨 不知道講了N百便 還打電話來說不退當報銷 退的話要我自己付關稅費用 一般寄貨的消費者 會知道這些知識嗎? 我也不是順豐的員工呀!或是職員! 真的覺得太好笑了! 要把一切責任推給客人從一開始寄貨 就該告知前後風險了不是嗎 或是注意事項⋯⋯ 也很感謝其他順豐幫忙的人員 但是今天接到那通電話的門市人員 真的太令我生氣了

現在無法到府收件就已經很不方便了,專程跑了一趟,一位短髮女店員竟然不給寄,說是沒成分表,之前都已經寄了數十次了,真的是浪費我時間
