★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於宜蘭大學附近農權路上，店面沒有店名，店內乾淨整潔、價位平實、簡簡單單的食物，吃的滿口滿足，今天點選了雙醬麵、油酥排骨湯色香味俱全。
Located on Nongquan Road near Yilan University, the store has no store name. The store is clean and tidy, with reasonable prices and simple food. The food is full of satisfaction. Today, I ordered double-sauce noodles and crispy pork ribs soup.

我覺得頒發給宜蘭不為過???
以前都吃文昌不然就是復興路的炸醬麵
但他們下午2點打烊了
換吃這家雙醬麵（炸醬+麻醬）
小碗才$35份量卻超多！
老闆自己炒的肉燥超級香
醬跟麵條的比例也剛剛好
油酥排骨湯才$40卻有6塊肉
醃製排骨燉得軟爛一咬骨肉秒分離
湯頭胡椒、烏醋調味鹹度也剛好
比永和的排骨湯還好喝
店家很客氣，值得推薦???
The best fried noodles in Taiwan
I don’t think it is too much to give to Yilan???
I used to eat Wenchang or it would be the fried noodles on Fuxing Road
But they closed at 2pm
Change to this Shuangjiang Noodles (Zijiang + Sesame Sauce)
The small bowl is only $35 and the serving size is huge!
The owner’s fried minced pork is super fragrant
The ratio of sauce to noodles is just right
Shortbread ribs soup is only $40 but there are 6 pieces of meat
The marinated ribs are simmered until soft and the meat separates in a second
The soup, pepper, black vinegar, seasoning and saltiness are just right
It's better than Yonghe's rib soup
The store is very polite and worth recommending???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸醬要自己混合勻一點，不然，吃到醬，會鹹一點，小碗就吃不完了，餛飩與魚丸湯，還不錯吃與喝!!!
The fried sauce should be mixed well, otherwise, the sauce will be a little salty, and the small bowl will not be finished. The wonton and fish ball soup are not bad to eat and drink!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 低調樸實的小吃店，簡單幾樣菜色，連滷菜都不賣，專心致力做好本業。
寬版的麵條煮得剛好，帶有嚼勁，拌上大量的醬料不會黏成團，炸醬與麻醬都很香，可惜是混在一起的，不能分別嘗試兩種味道。
餛飩魚丸湯一上桌就聞到魚的味道，湯清澈，魚丸偏軟內包肉餡，餛飩皮不軟爛。
A low-key and unpretentious snack bar, with a few simple dishes, not even braised vegetables, and concentrate on doing a good job in the industry.
The wide version of the noodles is cooked just right, with a chewy texture. Mixed with a lot of sauce, it will not stick together. The fried sauce and sesame sauce are very fragrant, but unfortunately they are mixed together, so you cannot try the two flavors separately.
The wonton fish ball soup smells the fish as soon as it is served. The soup is clear, the fish balls are soft and the meat filling is inside, and the wonton skin is not soft.
