★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/22/2021 下午和一票朋友來到了逸靜，我們點了三款不同的手沖咖啡，大家互相分享後，我推薦這款在菜單上被標為"新豆" - 編號536 雅碧莊園的拉斯米納斯 豆子 ，這款咖啡有略微濃郁的口感，但沒重焙的苦而有手沖的pure (純屬個人感覺)。
On the afternoon of 12/22/2021, I came to Yijing with a group of friends. We ordered three different hand brewed coffees. After sharing with each other, I recommend this one marked as "Xindou" on the menu-No. 536 Yabi The Las Minas beans from the estate, this coffee has a slightly rich taste, but not the bitterness of re-roasting, but has a pure hand-punched taste (purely personal feeling).

好喜歡這裡的氛圍 ，今天從台北到宜蘭參加行程，特別找時間繞過來，就是要再次品嘗很有味道的手沖咖啡和獨特的義大利黑手黨。抹茶起司蛋糕也是令我念念不忘的?
老闆和老闆娘介紹咖啡和蛋糕十分專業，也很親切，他們特地開了另一個私密的復古空間讓我們在裡面好好品嘗咖啡，還放了黑膠唱盤音樂?
真心要好好推薦一下呢?

I really like the atmosphere here. I went from Taipei to Yilan today to participate in the trip. I especially found time to bypass it, just to taste the delicious pour-over coffee and the unique Italian mafia again. The matcha cheese cake is also something I will never forget ?
The boss and the proprietress introduced coffee and cakes to be very professional and friendly. They specially opened another private retro space for us to enjoy coffee in it, and they also played vinyl record music ?
