旅遊跑景點散散心,轉換城市忙碌高壓的心情,在旅遊美食是相當重要的關鍵 這次來到...好吧連店名都記不起來,那就不能怪我給評價了 這次點了餐點,都有照片紀錄下來 只能說吃不到廚師的料理魂 烤物 豬肉蔥卷 三層肉串 羊暔串 這些烤物因為加了醬汁,口味都偏甜,吃不太到食材的原味 山藥明太子雖然山藥口感爽脆多汁,但加了明太子後,又是偏甜。(難道廚師是台南人習慣吃偏甜的食材) 在來就是刀工細膩的生魚片,鮭魚片的厚度因該是拿尺量過,統一薄度因該就跟爭鮮的窩壽司一樣薄,但爭鮮比較便宜啊~ 旗魚筋還沒挑乾淨,這些不打緊,主要是這樣收費200,那建議喜歡吃生魚片的朋友,吃爭鮮就可以了 握壽司口感還算不錯,這的要比較是比爭鮮好一點,但在打著居酒屋的品牌,充其量只能跟壽司郎相比,價位還比壽司郎貴,那客人們就自行斟酌吧 鱈魚肝,鱈魚肝沒什麼問題,問題是油醋醬的油漂浮起來跟白雲爭寵就不太好了,鱈魚肝吃沒幾口油膩感上來,因該就讓那吃不下下道菜了,但我還是把鱈魚肝吃完,因為都是錢啊 最後,以上是我個人口味,不代表適用於其他人。 但若你是想吃頓讓你心情美好的美食,或是想在旅途劃下完美句點的旅客,我個人是不推薦這間,請遊客自行斟酌喔
