店裡一位羅xx先生,態度惡劣,買了一個熱水瓶,用了幾天就壞了,然後拿去換,店裡一位態度很好的小姐確認可以換之後,拿一個新的換給我,結果那位羅先生竟然衝過來把新的熱水瓶蓋子粗魯的拆下,然後說,按鈕壞掉跟蓋子不相關,所以不用換給我,強行拆走,還大聲罵我說那個不是我的東西還硬要拿別人的東西?說我不對、拿別人的東西,還一邊拆一邊大聲罵我很多很多(不想形容了).... 我跟他們理論,那位小姐不敢說話(可能羅先生是主管還是?)我說,你們東西有問題,不是該換整組的給我嗎?為何可以這樣做?然後那位羅先生還在罵,罵了幾分鐘後他突然把拆下的那個蓋子丟到我跟櫃檯小姐面前,說:要都給妳好了、那麼要都給妳,然後直接大力丟下就轉頭走掉。當下傻眼,我想投訴,但小姐一直安撫我,說不好意思。兩小時後,我跟女兒再回店裡,女兒想瞭解問題在哪裡?店裡那位小姐不敢說什麼,默默站在旁邊,另外一位中年男性店員只說,我們東西都換給妳了,還要怎樣?而那位羅先生像沒他的事,坐在旁邊看他的東西,完全不理我們。 是怎樣?強行拆別人的東西、然後大聲辱罵顧客,之後別人幫他收尾,他當沒事?所以我是活該被罵嗎?希望店家能有投訴專線,不要讓這種人壞了一整家店,而且能有人出來制止他這種惡劣行為。
