★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 停車出場繳費機查詢無此車號,再進全聯問店員,需自行聯絡停車場管理員,看不到繳費機有聯絡方式,看了很久才看到對講機,總共花了15分鐘在處理對應不到車號問題,這15分鐘多出來停車時間費用也算在車主身上。我認為不合理是繳費機上應標示清楚【停車有問題】的處理方式及聯絡電話,再來是停車場軟硬體設備問題的處理時間應扣除停車時間,這是停車場設備的問題來造成民眾要來花更多時間處理也擔誤購物顧客停車的時間,不該算停車費。
