★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永慶選擇代書真的很沒有替買方設想，要不把買方丟在銀行說自己忙先走（請問買方自己跑現場為何還要給代書費？）誰知說定，永慶就直接找他們合約代書來辦理，完全沒有辦法自己找認識的代書協助辦理（我們太嫩，第一次買房）原來8/31前交屋原因有很多很多呀～萬萬稅
