 The taste is average, the stinky tofu is better than the rice noodle soup, and the kimchi is less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆腐咬下去的口感有一點點點像大陸徽州的毛豆腐，有些腐嫩綿感，有別於一般傳統炸臭豆腐，個人是沒有很喜歡。
羹麵味道也還好，可能適合當地人的傳統口味。
The taste of the tofu bite is a little bit like the hairy tofu from Huizhou in mainland China. It has a soft and tender texture, which is different from the traditional fried stinky tofu. I personally don't like it very much.
The soup noodles taste good too, which may suit the traditional taste of the locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臭豆腐是切小塊去炸外皮酥感，帶有濃厚浸泡過一些青草發酵而成吃起來很有古早味！米粉羹味道帶有柴魚跟小蝦仁味，配料只有幾小片天婦羅切片很平淡個人不推！
Stinky tofu is cut into small pieces to deep-fried the skin and has a crispy texture. It is thickly soaked in some green grass and fermented. It tastes ancient! The rice noodle soup tastes with bonito and small shrimps. The ingredients are only a few small slices of tempura, which are very plain and I don’t recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stinky tofu here is as close as I have gotten in terms of flavour to what I have been searching for for nearly twenty years. I would probably drive here from Taipei just for the stinky tofu that's how good it is.
