1.東西忘了做也不會對客人多理會，等了很久，發現沒做才做，也不說聲抱歉
2.單點中杯飲料(店員還有複訟一次)，來大杯的，還問你不要嗎？就點中杯了怎麼會要大杯，想用這方式多賺一點錢是不是
