蛋餅的皮是現桿的跟外面一般早餐店現成蛋餅皮不同,口感Q彈加點醬油膏很好吃。紅豆餅剛烤好很燙,內餡不算多,不會很甜,餅皮類似蔥油餅,豆漿很普通,我自己喜歡混漿覺得好喝(米漿+清漿)不喜歡喝太甜可以半糖,燒餅油條也好吃,燒餅很酥油條炸的不會很硬也不油,軟軟酥酥的油條加上不會乾硬的燒餅,冷掉也好吃,燒餅夾蔥蛋也不錯,這次點的只有鹹豆漿不習慣,裡面有加白醋,喝起來酸酸的,如果不喜歡白醋的記得請他們不要加白醋,其他都好吃,下次想試試看煎餃。

先說結論:吃了30幾年,非常推薦! 而且幾乎都是手工從桿麵皮開始製作! 所有餐點建議不要加醬,原味就很好吃了,我身邊親友吃這家都沒在加醬的。 1.蛋餅:大推薦,口味跟台北扈杭豆漿有點像,我個人認為比扈杭好吃。 2.煎餃:半煎半蒸的料理方式,料多實在,無論如何都該點個幾顆試試。 3.紅豆餅:不想早餐全部鹹的,很推薦點這個來混搭。 4.飯糰:份量超級夠,建議加蛋,如果早餐午餐一起吃我就會點這個。 5.豆漿、米漿:身邊豆漿米漿的擁護者各半,也有人點混合漿。我都喝豆漿,傳統方式製作,有帶點焦香,喜歡傳統豆漿的必點。 其他燒餅、油條、蔥油餅、蔥燒餅那些我比較少吃,就不做評論了,也是不少人點,實際上真的各類餐點都有擁護者。 這是一間在地人會願意排隊等候的早餐店,我從小吃到大,但是有時候看到觀光客加醬吃,實在忍不住來呼籲原味的美好,所以寫下這則評論。

這家推餅類的產品,燒餅屬於軟酥薄,蛋餅跟蔥油餅現擀的,蔥油餅蔥多很香,紅豆餅甜而不膩而且份量不少,煎餃很大顆內餡還算多,可惜不是現煎的,飯糰的米飯太軟濕,而且米飯太少,然後肉鬆太多,導致很容易會太乾噎到,口感也差了點
