アヒルのお肉はクセがなくて、日本人の口にも合いました。強いて例えると、きりたんぽ鍋に近い‥？！
オーナーのお話によれば、お店の商品はどれも、生産過程からこだわって地元の材料を厳選していて、化学調味料は一切使っていないとのことでした。安心して食べられます。
デザートにはお米のプリンをいただきましたが、こちらもオススメです。店内では、保存食品も販売していたので、お土産には金柑のジャムやラー油、大根の客家の漬物をお買い上げ。おいしいですよ（ラー油はすごく辛い！！）
オーナー家族の雰囲気も良く、宜蘭に旅行したら必ず立ち寄りたいお店です！

We had rice pudding for dessert, but this is also recommended. The store also sells preserved food, so as souvenirs, you can purchase jam of jam and rye oil of the kin and pickles of the guest house of the radish. It's delicious (Rah oil is so hot !!)
The atmosphere of the owner's family is also good, and it is a shop that you definitely want to stop by when you travel to Yilan!
