湯頭好,食材新鮮,服務好,上菜順序也有講究,食器也有特別選過,對愛吃花椒的我來說超過五顆星!
餐點:算人頭,一人150,含有湯頭、魚肉、蔬菜,湯頭有青花椒跟紅花椒湯頭,因有爸媽在,我們選比較清爽無油的青花椒湯頭,青花椒湯頭配上鮮魚,讓整個湯頭更鮮甜!
我們點了蔬菜、肉片海鮮、丸子類,我發現老闆娘上菜應該是有順序,他會把肉類海鮮放在最後上,我覺得是讓我們在前面還能繼續享用鮮甜的湯頭,後面放入肉片,湯頭就不會這麼清澈,所以才把肉片最後上(純屬個人理解XD)
這是去,有小孩,店家會準備鴛鴦鍋,一邊是原味湯頭,非常貼心!不過食器就不會去龍鍋了,其他桌是單一湯頭,就會用龍鍋。
店家內還有一個小魚池,可能是前一天會處理好,隔天提供給客人食用,聽說鮮魚是改良過的台灣鯛,吃起來肉質Q彈,也不會散掉。
服務:我想應該是老闆娘幫我們服務的,很貼心,也會提醒我們哪些食材怎麼煮,總之蠻好的!
如果人少沒辦法吃這麼大鍋,在附近,他們也有一家蜀川四川冒菜,就是屬於個人鍋,還提供免費飲料,個人已經去吃了兩次,然後共鍋店吃了一次,都很好吃!但個人還是愛這家共鍋店!
整體來說,我自己非常喜歡,之後還是會再來吃,店面不大,疫情期間不用訂位,但我們當天去,餐廳還是全滿,生意不錯!總之,是一間會再來吃的好店!

We ordered vegetables, meat, seafood, meatballs. I found that the lady boss should serve the dishes in an order. He would put the meat and seafood at the end. I think it is to let us continue to enjoy the sweet soup in the front, and put in the back. Meat slices, the soup will not be so clear, so I put the meat slices at the end (purely personal understanding XD)
This is the way to go. If there are children, the store will prepare the mandarin duck pot with the original soup on the side, which is very considerate! However, the food utensils will not go to the dragon pot, and the other tables are single soup, and the dragon pot will be used.
There is also a small fish pond in the store, which may be processed the day before and served to guests the next day. I heard that the fresh fish is an improved Taiwan snapper, and it tastes succulent and will not fall apart.
Service: I think it was the lady boss who helped us serve us. She was very considerate and reminded us which ingredients to cook. Anyway, it was pretty good!
If there are too few people, there is no way to eat such a big pot. Nearby, they also have a Shuchuan Sichuan Maocai, which belongs to a personal pot, and also provides free drinks. I have eaten there twice, and then I have eaten at a joint pot restaurant, both are very good. eat! But personally I still love this co-pot restaurant!
Overall, I like it very much myself, and I will eat again in the future. The store is not big, and there is no need to make reservations during the epidemic, but we went on the same day, the restaurant was still full, and the business was good! All in all, it's a good place to eat again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rare clear-soup Sichuan light spicy hotpot, cheap but great spiced appetizers, live fish and big portion meat plates. This is not your mainstream spicy red soup mala hotpot, but taste great, not heavy, very worth a try and don’t think I have seen this anywhere else in town. Highly recommended, will definitely come again.
