回購過後依然維持的好味道與品質 烤鴨一如繼往的好 鴨骨的火候與香氣也很棒 蔥段改成蔥絲但份量不減 而且口感更加細膩 加上蒜片讓整體層次更為豐富 個人覺得唯一美中不足的是甜麵醬 若可以選用手工更為單純的甜麵醬 真的是無懈可擊了 老闆一人忙前忙後不經他人之手 建議提早預訂 謝謝年輕帥老闆的堅持 和大家分享如此美味的烤鴨

郭家莊烤鴨真的非常的好吃,個人認為比台北龍都的烤鴨更好吃。因為老闆的食材都非常新鮮,沒有奇怪的鴨味,鴨子很新鮮,所以烤鴨又香又脆,老闆花很多功夫在調味跟製作上,其它的東西更是講究,不僅餅皮現作,炒鴨肉骨頭這一道更是為之驚艷,有一股中藥材香味,味道不會太鹹,炒的剛剛好,而且老闆手法超老練,連不敢吃鴨肉的家人嚐過都讚不絕口。好吃的東西希望能讓更多人吃到,以後去宜蘭玩,一定都會跟老闆先預訂一隻(建議先跟老闆預訂,因為每日鴨子數量有限,我昨天買完後來好幾組客人都撲空) ,帶回台北還是一樣好吃!!!(我甚至隔天帶便當,因為食材新鮮,隔夜一樣好吃耶?)

買了兩份半鴨,一份在回台北的路上就吃完了,另一份帶回台北給家人吃,家人也很喜歡。烤鴨多汁入味,即使冷掉也還是很好吃,餅皮香Q,不過一份只有三片稍少,沒有拿到蒜片、不過有蔥絲和醬汁,炒鴨架很讚!
