It's pretty clean. But to be honest, because it is completely closed inland, much like an ordinary pond, if it is not the commentary next to it, it is quite easy to miss when passing by...

The inner harbor of the heading port was later abandoned due to siltation. When Lu Jia built the house in 1928, it was reorganized and built into a Japanese-style "boat-style" garden. Announced on February 5, 2010 as a county monument. In the summer, there will be mosquitoes to be careful~

The pond in front of Lu Zangxiang ’s old house was the inner harbor of Tauwei Port, which was later abandoned due to siltation. When the Lu family built their houses in 1928, they reorganized them into a Japanese-style "boat cruise" garden. On February 5, 2010, it was announced as a county monument. The Lanyang Plain from the Qing Dynasty to the early Japanese rule was an era dominated by waterway traffic. The throat of the waterway network in the Xibei area of the Lanyang Plain was Wushi Port, and it was the only "positive mouth" of East Taiwan during the Qing Dynasty. Wushi Port is a long north-south river channel from north to south, and the wharf area on its west side is Tauwei Street. This ruin is located at the southern end of the 13th row and was originally part of the Wushigang River Channel. In 1883 (Qing Guangxu 9), the estuary of Wushigang was completely blocked by shipwrecks. The river was diverted to the southeast, and the sea began to flow from the southern end of Dakeng Kong. The Wushigang period ended and the Tauwei port period began. Important port, but on August 5th and 6th, 1924 (Sun Taisho 13), a torrent of water broke out, completely burying the Tau Wai Port, and the Tau Wai Street also began to fall, and its river channel evolved into today's Taiwan 2 line province Road. According to relevant research studies and inferences, Lu Zhaiqian ’s pond was once the inner harbor of Tau Wai Port. When Lu Zhanxiang reconstructed the Lu Zhai in 1928 (Japanese Showa 3), the ruins were used to create a “boat-style” garden for leisure and recreation. ; There are two islands in the pool. The original wooden bridge is T-shaped and connected to the shore. There is a pavilion on the island. The pool is on the Luzhai side, with two big banyan trees and two wells under the trees.
