馬偕在打馬煙 - 田野訪談~吳增壽(阿壽伯)95歲,打馬煙人。 10多歲以前住在打馬煙,父親是保正,當時在打馬煙的吳家大厝是勁水。還記的小時後,從打馬煙要到頭城公學校上課時,搭竹筏過竹安河都不用付錢,因為撐船的是我阿舅。 但在甲子年間,頭城做大水,將房子連地都淹沒於河道中,家族只好搬遷到新建里,後來又陸續搬了幾次家,最後才搬到現在的頭城老街上。 日本時代時,我們家5兄弟都被徵召到南洋作戰,很幸運的,5兄弟後來都平安回到台灣,但是當時家族卻已不再富裕,只好在鎮上做工,當過貨船搬運工,牽罟捕魚,,,等勞力工作。 結婚後從岳父手中學到米苔目等各式米食及點心的手藝,初期擔著扁擔在鎮上走賣,然後在市場攤位販賣,收入才逐漸增加穩定。 那知道後來在打馬煙的故居地,在多年的河道變遷後,竟然又浮現了出來(現位於山蘭名產城後方荒地) PS : 以上訪談大部分由阿壽伯的兒子吳肇民及太太蕭鳳真轉述,部份照片轉載自吳記古早味鳳薯酥FB
