收穫很多，所有的教練都很有耐心
會幫你拍練習、起乘、站姿的照片
然後在路上課程馬上點出需要改進的地方

Take 2 days and 1 night surfing lessons
Gain a lot, all the coaches are very patient
Will help you take photos of practice, riding, and standing postures
Then immediately point out the areas that need improvement during the course on the road
