It was my first time to eat noodles with preserved egg. The ingredients match each other very well. Adding a little spicy is super delicious~~ The chili is fragrant and not spicy, which is just right for me who likes to eat slightly spicy~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一間去過很多次的店，但之前都是媽媽幫我外帶清麵線回家吃，直到上週和朋友到店裡面吃，點了招牌麵線跟肉粽我當場嚇歪，也太好吃了吧?
招牌麵線的料有油條 大腸 赤肉 皮蛋，非常特別的搭配也非常的好吃，再配上蒜末 辣油 醋及香菜真的一試成僱主??????另外肉粽也非常好吃呦❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The small cute store caught my attention right away. The boss lady was very friendly. The vermicelli noodles are well cooked and seasoned. You can choose plain noodles, with pork intestines or just pork (brown meat). I personally love intestines. You can add spicy or not (of course spicy!). It’s very cheap. I ordered big bowl and its only 50 TWD. A hidden gem in Toucheng, perfect for Chinese style breakfast.
