★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吳朝陽宅又稱吳惠仁宅，因為有些人認為此棟建築應在吳惠仁的父親–吳朝陽年代就已經建造。當時的師傅是創建人吳裕特地請師傅從唐山坐船來台灣建造，建築立面簡約樸實，騎樓柱為仿希臘古典愛奧尼克柱的凹槽柱身與柱頭風格，柱頭裝飾得有如一對相連的羊角，相當細緻，女兒牆（屋頂外圍的矮牆）上則是以洗石子為材料，雕塑卷草和鮑魚飾而成，保存的相當完整。
Wu Chaoyang’s House is also called Wu Huiren’s House, because some people believe that this building should have been built in the time of Wu Huiren’s father, Wu Chaoyang. The master at the time was the founder, Wu Yu, who specially asked the master to take a boat from Tangshan to Taiwan to build. The building facade is simple and simple. The arcade column is in the style of the grooved column and column head imitating the classical Greek Ionic column, and the column heads are decorated like a pair. The connected horns are very detailed, and the parapet (the low wall outside the roof) is made of washed stones, sculptured with curly grass and abalone, and is quite intact.
