★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent "bing" savory pancake. The pancake is deep fried which gives it a different texture to the pancake. It's conveniently located right next to the train station which is great. The price has gone up to $35, nothing really special about the food except the local stories associated with the ower of the stall. Still good pancake though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stall is right outside of Touchang Train station. It offers only (almost deep-fried) fried egg pancake, and only NTD30! The master is a well-known local man who has a big heart where he's saved from the tiny profit out of selling egg pancakes to donate an ambulance for local medical use. He is an old man who is low profile but shines because of his kind deed. This makes his food tastes even better!
