★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年嫁女兒，親送近300個大餅，嚐過的都稱讚不已，因為餡料全“調”過，餅皮需要3天前揉製&低溫發酵....我選的是鴛鴦餡/烏豆沙+白鳳豆&2次過篩+新鮮核桃+加倍的鹹蛋黃（每顆都是“敲開鴨蛋殼，一顆顆去蛋白&脫薄膜，烤出來的出油蛋黃....加上是我分了近10批出貨
”老闆是具有乙級烘焙師的職人，用料讓人放心，他的蛋黃酥目前放眼“北台灣”，無人能出其右.....且闆娘配合度極高，價格也是物超所值，頭城有此店，真的是頭城老饕之福
This year, I married my daughter and gave me nearly 300 flatbreads. Everyone I tried was highly praised, because the fillings were all "adjusted", and the cakes needed to be kneaded & fermented at low temperature 3 days before.... I chose the mandarin duck filling/ Black bean paste + white phoenix peas & 2 sieves + fresh walnuts + double salted egg yolks (each is "Knock on the duck egg shell, remove the egg whites & film, and bake the oily egg yolks...plus yes I have shipped nearly 10 batches
"The boss is a Class B baker, and the materials used are reassuring. His egg yolk pastry is currently targeting "Northern Taiwan", and no one can beat it...and the cooperation of Ban Niang is very high, and the price is also super high. It's worth it, Toucheng has this store, it's really a blessing for the old gluttons in Toucheng
