★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛去繳費，原本負責繳費的電腦壞了，服務員叫我們等一下，後來看繳費人越來越多，有人直接在辦理其他事務的櫃台要插隊，後來辦理事務的小姐就說繳費請到這裡，結果我被插隊，感覺很差。
有兩個像是主管的只站在後面看，叫繳費的等一下，也不會說繳費的請在哪裡排隊或是抽號碼牌，員工訓練要再加強，尤其是資深老員工!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華電信平日人潮不多排隊時間很短下午時段店家前面不好停車也沒有臨時停車位只有到頭城車站周邊有付費停車走一小段路才會到達電信公司
Chunghwa Telecom is not crowded on weekdays and the queue time is short. In the afternoon, it is not easy to park in front of the store and there is no temporary parking space. Only when there is paid parking around Toucheng Station and walk a short distance to reach the telecommunications company
