★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasure dealing with their staff before we arrived and during our stay. We communicated by text messages prior to arrival. They responded promptly every time. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and was explained about the available options to us. Facility has an interesting design. The room was nice and clean with all needed amenities. Hot spring water was great as expected. The free drink and snack was another pleasant final touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s clean and convenient location. Right in front of the fish spa pool. For hotel itself nothing special , modern loft design. It’s small hotel but clean & has bathtub inside the room. The breakfast is average Taiwanese foods.
