★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/8/14星期六和朋友在booking用2025元入住，有點小失望，單人床很小，附上照片大家就知道單人床應該要和後面的床頭板一樣大才對，結果不合，床很硬、我和朋友二個大胖子翻個身都感覺快要掉下來，是因為想說是真的溫泉才來住住看，結果溫泉水溫不夠熱，晚上在外面逛夜市回來磁卡竟然失效把我們關在門口，用力拉才把門拉開，那表示磁卡根本沒有用嘛⋯⋯早上退房還看到打掃阿姨沒有戴口罩在打掃⋯防疫措施做的有點差。
Checking in with friends at 2025 yuan on Saturday, August 14, 2021, I was a little disappointed. The single bed was very small. With the photo, everyone knew that the single bed should be as big as the headboard at the back. The result did not match. The bed was very hard. Two fat guys and I turned around and felt like they were about to fall off. They came to live and stay because they wanted to say it was a real hot spring. As a result, the hot spring water was not hot enough, and the magnetic card failed when I came back from the night market at night. Shut us at the door and pulled it open. It means that the magnetic card is useless... I checked out in the morning and saw that the cleaning lady was not wearing a mask to clean... The epidemic prevention measures were a bit poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From all the year i have traveled in taiwan this hotel is the worst i've ever experienced. The sanitation and facilities of this hotel is extremely poor. The moment you walk in the doors the hotel contains a humid and moldy odor. The floors and furnitures had at least a inch of dust on them. The owner is rude, unreasonable, and emotionally unstable. The employees are careless and unhelpful in many ways. I would strongly not recommend anyone to live here especially with children. These people have no manners or common etiquette. They try to take as much money from you as possible, continuously raising the price with every chance they have without your knowledge or consent. I would never come back to this hotel ever again.
