★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 回到宜蘭就是要吃在地的乾麵/魚丸湯，通常都是早上在礁溪老街，今天晚上趕回來要來嚐嚐同樣是老店的慶魚丸，今天點的仍是標準的組合，麻醬麵當然就是菜單上的麻醬而已並不是麻醬+特製辣醬，特別的是他的麵條煮的較熟透很是適合牙口不好的小孩子，對我來說反倒是煮的太軟爛了沒有麵條的嚼勁，魚丸體型比其他店家大(相對一碗魚丸湯只有4顆)，丸子本身透過醬油調製色澤較深與平常普遍吃的有相當的不同也不難吃就是了，粉腸也是相同的做法顏色較深也沒有碎肉的痕跡，整體來說還不錯但並未觸動我的味蕾。

Without the chewiness of noodles, fish balls are larger than other stores (compared to only 4 fish balls in a bowl of soup). The balls themselves are darker in color with soy sauce, which is quite different from what you usually eat. It’s not unpalatable. The same is true for vermicelli. The color is darker and there are no traces of minced meat. Overall it is good but it did not touch my taste buds.
