苦瓜排骨湯、人蔘雞湯真的好喝！
而且每碗才50元！自助餐真的便宜，菜色總是非常豐富，感覺店家太佛心！
我老公在宜蘭工作每週必拜訪2、3次的宵夜。
因為怕大家看到評論，一堆人跑去吃，我就不敢寫太多了，在地宜蘭人必吃。
The soup at the buffet here is really cheap.
The bitter gourd pork ribs soup and ginseng chicken soup are really delicious!
And it's only $50 per bowl! The buffet is really cheap, and the dishes are always very rich. I feel that the store is too Buddhist!
When my husband works in Yilan, he will visit the late-night snack 2 or 3 times a week.
Because I am afraid that people will see the comments and a bunch of people will go to eat, I dare not write too much, local Yilan people must eat.

更別說，他那樸實的價格和不華麗卻能讓人溫飽的菜色，若在附近且對於宵夜喜歡有多種菜色選擇的人，老將自助餐不失為一個值得來試試的選擇！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are locally known for their every late-night until sunrise and self-service cafeteria-style dive serving traditional Taiwanese hometown comfort foods, especially their steamed white rice bowl (or to-go box) topped with the simmering savory-sweet soysauce braised minced pork (kind of like the glistening, chunky umami-flavored Sloppy Joes stewed in savory-sweet soy sauce) and then layered on top with a thick slice of the fatty or leaner (upon request), succulent, yet tasty and flavorful five-spice and slow-cooked savory-sweet soy sauce braised pork belly. The only slight inconvenience is that they will eye-ball the foods you picked with the tongs mounted on your plate and tells you how much to pay first in cash, since there are no clear-cut prices of listings posted on the wall of the certain randomly cooked foods they make every day depending on what they have available. So, be sure to ask for the prices of individual foods before you take the foods and portions you like to put on your plate - because if you don't, you might end up paying slightly more than you thought it should be. Anyway, it is a nostalgic must-have meal if you happen to be nearby, hungry and craving for some late quick-bites. ;-)
