小小的店,老闆伯伯很親切,薑汁豆花超嫩,好吃!吃完順便在賣場買個菜,停車30分鐘之內不收費,消費300元可停1小時喔!

在礁溪最熱鬧的中山路上找了老半天, 原來老闆娘已搬到中山路的巷弄內一年了(在臻信福生活賣場旁邊, 原來Google Map上的指示才是對的)。點了熱薑湯豆花, 還是我熟悉的古早味: 薑湯夠濃夠辣, 豆花有我愛的焦味, 要煮出這種焦味應該也不容易, 花生軟綿份量十足。但老闆娘阿姨說她經過疫情, 她和家人真的做的很累很辛苦, 因為所有食材都親自熬煮, 不經過中央廚房, 加上原物料上漲, 她多年來卻沒漲價, 怕流失客人。我和家人有吃過另一家名店豆花, 但還是愛阿姨的古早味豆花, 一碗才$40, 很難得的古早味 ,推薦大家多去捧場, 給做了幾十年的阿姨多一點支持及鼓勵喔。

My family and I have eaten bean curd from another famous restaurant, but still love Auntie's ancient flavored bean curd. A bowl is only $40. It is a rare ancient flavor. I recommend everyone to join in and give more support to the aunt who has been doing it for decades. And encouragement.

Ginger soup is wonderful! Not too sweet (ask for less sweet), soy curd is perfect together with boba and peanut! Try a bowl for only 40NT!
